Approving in part the revised open meetings guidelines proposed               
by the Select Committee on Legislative Ethics.                                 
                                                                               
Amendment No. 1 was offered  by Representative Moses:                           
                                                                               
Page 1, line 1 (title amendment):                                              
                                                                               
	Delete "in part"                                                            
                                                                               
Page 1, line 11, after "are", through page 2, line 6:                          
                                                                               
	Delete all material.                                                          
                                                                               
	Insert "approved."                                                            
                                                                               
Representative Moses moved and asked unanimous consent that                    
Amendment No. 1 be adopted.                                                    
                                                                               
Representative Brown objected and withdrew the objection.  There               
being no further objection, it was so ordered and the new title appears        
below:
